Negative thinking and stress causes muscles to tighten to the point that injuries and pain become more likely. Include a stress-reducing method in your life. Some examples include meditation, yoga and guided imagery. Here’s a great exercise: Place a rubber band around your wrist. Create a mental snap shot of 5 things that make you very happy. It can be sitting on an island, a picture of your children, sailing on the sea, anything you like. Each time a negative thought enters your mind, snap the rubber band. Immediately think of one of your happy snapshots. Commit to this exercise for 90 days.  Avoid being judgmental of others, smile and laugh more often. We’ll teach you the B.E.S.T. release technique, a process for Neuro-Emotional clearing you can perform at home.

Begin your morning and end your day with meditation and/or guided imagery and/or affirmations. This will set you up for a great day!

Create your dream life. Begin with the question, ‘If there were no rules and I could not fail, what would my life be like..? Next, what would you have to be like to have the life of your dreams? From this create a list of goals. Include time frames for them. You are allowed to change them as often as you wish. Meditate on them. Place them on a dream board. See them as if they exist now. Look at them frequently during the day. Use the law of attraction. Use ‘I am’ statements and take your goals from dreams to reality.
