Parabens
This group of chemical
preservatives is listed as methyl, propyl, butyl, and ethyl Parabens. They even
appear in some organic products. They are found in hair care products,
deodorants, body and face creams and moisturizers, soaps, cosmetics, sunscreens
and other consumer products. The EPA states that Parabens display estrogenic
activity in the body. Estrogenic activity has been linked to cancer. Read your
labels carefully and choose products free of Parabens. Some Paraben-free brands
include Jason, Avalon, Alba Botanica, Desert Essence, and Natures Plus. You can
