Online Appointments

If you are an existing client, please use our online appointment system.  If you are a new client, please call to make an appointment because we need to allow additional time for your initial evaluation.

If you wish to view or change your current appointments, you can login to the appointment system.  Follow the link to the appointments page, then at the top of the page is alogin section.  Enter your login ID and password and click the login button.  Once you've logged in to the system, you can see you existing appointments.  You can also change or cancel your appointments from this page.
