Phase 3: Wellness Care Phase

The goal of the Wellness phase of care is to preserve the progress you have made. Periodic visits can help catch little problems before they become major concerns. Wellness-minded adults and their children choose this type of care to look and feel their best. Like other preventative measures, a chiropractic wellness lifestyle can save time and money by helping you stay well. Frequency is determined on an individual basis, anywhere from monthly, to quarterly, semi-annually, or even annually. Each individual is different.

 

 

By incorporating good eating habits, pure water, nutritional supplements, exercise, proper rest and sleep, and positive thinking you will remain at the top of your game. You will maintain proper weight and eliminate food cravings; you will have boundless energy; you will have a positive sense of physical and emotional well-being. Your need for medicine and medical interventions will be reduced and as a result your longevity will be increased!
